Aunt Kathys Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen spinach thawed and drained well
  • 3 packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • asagio cheese
  • 1 large jar artichokes, mashed
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, diced
  • 1 cup half and half

Directions

In a large sauce pan add half and half, cheeses and cream cheese. Add 2 T garlic powder salt and pepper to taste. Melt over low heat. When melted, add spinach, roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. Continue to heat until thick and bubbly. Serve with tortillia chips or sliced pita bread pieces.
